Participation Requirements

All participants must have valid medical insurance and take responsibility for any injuries or liabilities incurred during the activities.

Registration and Payment

Participants must register through the link provided by BeachKids and pay fees in full before accessing any activities. Once payment is made, refunds are not issued. Additionally, make-up sessions are not offered under any circumstances, including missed sessions due to illness, travel, or any other reason.

Conduct and Safety

Participants are required to follow rules and guidelines set by the staff. Any inappropriate behavior may result in removal from the camp without a refund.

All participants are expected to behave respectfully towards coaches, staff, and fellow participants. Bullying, aggressive behavior, or any form of harassment will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the camp without a refund.

Medical and Liability

Parents or guardians must disclose any medical conditions or allergies during registration. Although BeachKids takes necessary precautions for safety and well-being, it does not assume liability for any injuries or medical issues during the kids’ activities.

By registering, parents/guardians acknowledge that participation in our kids’ activities involves inherent risks. Parents/guardians agree to release BeachKids, its staff, and affiliates from any liability arising from injuries during activities.

Food and Water

BeachKids does not provide food or water. Therefore, parents or guardians must ensure they provide adequate food and water for participants each day.

Additional Terms

BeachKids reserves the right to photograph and record camp activities for promotional purposes. Parents must inform us in writing if they oppose their child being photographed or recorded. Additionally, BeachKids does not assume responsibility for lost or stolen personal items. It is the responsibility of parents or guardians to ensure participants are dropped off and picked up on time according to the camp schedule.

Agreement

By registering for the kids’ activities and making the payment, parents or guardians acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to the terms and conditions.

Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the UAE. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.

Make-up Lesson Policy

Swimming

Maximum number of make-up lessons:

– 2 per package of 11 lessons. This keeps it manageable and prevents misuse.

Make-up lessons must be taken within the validity period of the current package or, at the latest, within an additional 2 weeks after the package expires.

Conditions for Make-up Lessons:

Timely Cancellation:  

– At least 24 hours in advance via email, WhatsApp, or the online system.

– No-shows or last-minute cancellations will result in the lesson being canceled without refund

How to Reschedule?  

– Based on availability in other classes/groups.

– Not guaranteed on the preferred day/time of the student.

Beachactivities

We only offer make-up lessons for swimming. However, we do make exceptions when children go on vacation. In those cases, the missed lessons will be refunded.

For school holidays, we pause our regular lessons, and any overpaid subscription fees will be refunded. During these breaks, we run our own camp programs, which differ from our usual lessons. These camps offer more sessions that are more intensive, and you will need to re-enroll your child separately for these specific camps.
